CONVENER
I AM HUMANITY provides avenues for people around the world to gather to learn, to be inspired, and to discuss with each other the Flourishing of Humanity for millennia to cone.
The Global Participation Project
The Global Participation Project provides avenues for people around the world to gather together, share ideas and develop their capacity to bring about the flourishing of humanity now and for millennia to come. The project consists of two components, The Global Participation (Drop In) Calls and the Ambassadors Program.
The Global Participation (Drop In) calls are weekly living room style chats that normalize global community as a lived experience – as a weekly rhythm where people step into a shared space, across cultures and time zones, where everyone belongs.
The Ambassador Program supports, trains and develops leaders around the world to enhance their capacity to promote and nourish the flourishing of humanity. Ambassadors in communities around the world engage in programs, activities, and events that are expanding the flourishing of humanity.
Global Monthly Gatherings Project
The purpose of the Global Monthly Gatherings is to generate engagement and build a community of people who are dedicated to the principles of I Am Humanity and the flourishing of humanity now and for millennia to come.
Through experiential learning and presentations from diverse guest speakers we explore the many dimensions of humanity flourishing. The IAH Global Monthly Gatherings provide a learning environment where people can transform who they consider themselves to be and experience - ‘I Am Humanity’. Together we can grow into new possibilities for being human - ‘We Are Humanity’.
Humanity Day Project
Humanity Day is I Am Humanity’s premier signature event. Humanity Day is an annual event celebrating diverse perspectives, stories, and creativity from people around the world. Through celebration and inspired content, we recognize our role in the grand tapestry of life and embrace the accountability for all life on Earth. We encourage local events for Humanity Day around the world . The broadcast event features a series of interviews and art pieces, reflecting the unique experiences, cultures, and artistry of individuals from different backgrounds and highlights the Humanity Flourishing Prize and local events. The event aims to deepen the meaning and relationship to the “I am humanity” experience, inspiring each attendee to act on their unique contribution to humanity flourishing.

I AM HUMANITY is committed to catalyzing leaders from communities around the globe, expanding their own growth and their capacity to inspire others.
Volunteer Leadership Project
The Volunteer Community Project expands the team that supports the activities and mission of I AM HUMANITY, by locating individuals who are interested in the work and placing volunteers on teams that will provide meaningful opportunities for participation and growth.
The I AM HUMANITY Volunteer Community provides an opportunity for people globally to contribute time and talents in a meaningful and inspiring way. Our Volunteer Community is the embodiment of “I Am Humanity,” and sets the standard for all of our engagement and contributions in the world - as we interact in the world with an aim of developing ourselves in what it is to stand “as humanity,” we provide the strong foundation allowing for the same stand in others. This is the purpose of I AM HUMANITY. Volunteers are responsible for the creation and production of all of our events, projects and programs.
Collaborative Partnership Project
I AM HUMANITY is dedicated to the flourishing of humanity and life on Earth, now and for millennia to come. The fulfillment of this ambitious vision requires contributions from a plethora of people, groups, and organizations far beyond the scope of what one organization can deliver. Through the Partners Program, we create a platform for partnering, shining a light on the remarkable work of others and advancing our collective efforts towards humanity and life on our planet flourishing now and into the future.
Humanity Flourishing Prize Project
The Humanity Flourishing Prize honors visionaries and architects of possibility who redefine what it means for humanity to flourish individually, communally and globally.
The Prize structure and guidelines ensure the diversity of the people and organizations participating in the evolving conversation and focuses on the development of new sustainable models for life. By highlighting these models, we hold the space for the conversation to evolve and become recognized and mainstream.
The Humanity Flourishing Prize Project is a vehicle of expansion of I AM HUMANITY movement global participation. Acknowledging that there is an already existing widespread humanity flourishing, it provides venues and contexts that expand the I AM HUMANITY and humanity flourishing conversations and creates a global community that shares and amplifies those conversations.

I AM HUMANITY is creating a body of knowledge, highlighting cutting edge thought leaders, and reframing what is possible for humanity and our planet.
Flourishing Research Project
Committed to creating the conditions for humanity flourishing, the Humanity Flourishing Research Project researches and identifies a wide range of other organizations and individuals from multiple disciplines engaged in work related to understanding and promoting key elements of human flourishing and humanity flourishing. The project develops relationships with other thought leaders for ongoing dialogue and conversation and generates products using a variety of media to reflect our thinking about humanity flourishing and to encourage ongoing reflection and conversation. Core Ideas Project
The Core Ideas Project provides intellectual underpinnings of the work we do identifying areas of value and vision to humanity flourishing. The project develops core concepts of "I am Humanity" and defines what it means for humanity to flourish as a transformative vision. The Core Ideas Project creates and continues to develop over time I AM HUMANITY’s working definitions, core concepts, rich descriptions, practices and action plans to promote humanity flourishing. The project develops language and ways of communicating these ideas and plans with a wide range of audiences and stakeholders. By doing so, we can support communities of practice and guide collective actions that contribute to the flourishing of humanity.

Thought Leaders/Speakers Bureau Project
The Thought Leaders/Speakers Bureau identifies, invites and curates cutting-edge thought leaders to join in the exchange of ideas, in and around choosing a new future of humanity flourishing for millennia to come. Reframing our future is possible.
The project fosters the enduring flourishing of humanity by creating a premier speakers bureau that convenes, empowers, and connects exceptional thought leaders to exchange ideas, catalyze innovation, and shape long-term global trajectories to bring about the illumination and expansion of flourishing.
